Conventional Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350 and peel open the pouch and place the product in the baking dish. Discard the plastic pouch. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 60-65 minutes from frozen, or 45 minutes from thawed. To defrost the product, place it in the refrigerator overnight. Carefully take the baking dish out of the oven and serve. CAUTION: BAKING DISH AND CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.
