Whitefish, sweet shrimp, and sea scallops mingle among a delightful broth that combines a traditional mirepoix stock with tomatoes, onions, red wine, and seafood stock, flavored with a variety of fresh herbs and spices. Chef's suggestion -- our Farm Rolls and Bread Boules are perfect to sop up the juices!
