Cooking Instructions:
Prepare from FROZEN state. For food saftey and quality, follow these cooking instructions. This product MUST be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F prior to eating.

NOTE: Cooking time may vary by piece size and appliances. Fish will flake easily when done.

Conventional Oven:
1.Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Place fillets on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Bake uncovered for 35 to 37 minutes.

Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
