ATLANTIC SALMON, MARINADE (CANOLA OIL, OLIVE OIL, WATER, SALT, SPICES, DEHYDRATED GARLIC, PAPRIKA, DEHYDRATED ONION, DEHYDRATED RED BELL PEPPER, AUTOLYZED YEAST EXTRACT, NATURAL GRILL FLAVOR, NATURAL SMOKE FLAVOR, CITRIC ACID, AND NATURAL FLAVOR), COLOR ADDED.

Cooking Instructions:
Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F prior to eating.
NOTE: Larger pieces may require additional cooking time.

From FROZEN State:
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Lightly spray foil lined baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Remove filets from pouch and place portions on baking sheet.
4. Bake for 26 to 27 minutes.

From THAWED State:
Pan Fry:
1. Preheat skillet over MEDIUM heat and lightly spray skillet with cooking spray.
2. Remove filets from pouch.
3. Fry filets for 8 to 9 minutes, turn filets over twice during cooking time.

From THAWED State:
Grill:
1. Preheat grill on medium to medium low.
2. Remove filet from pouch.
3. Place portions on foil sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Roll up sides of foil to make an open pouch. Place on grill.
5. Grill 15 to 16 minutes, turn filets over halfway through cooking time.
(Cooking time may vary depending upon the type of grill used).

Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
