Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350°f. 2. Place cornish hen in baking pan, brush with melted butter or margarine, sprinkle with salt & pepper. 3. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. 4. Cook to an internal temperature of 170°F. 5. Remove and serve.
Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
