VEAL RACK, FRENCHED, COARSE FLAKE, SALT, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (INCLUDING GARLIC, ONION, AND RED BELL PEPPER), BLACK PEPPER, HERBS AND SPICES, NATURAL FLAVORING.

Cooking Instructions:
Preferred Method. Prepare from THAWED state. Thaw in refrigerator 24 to 48 hours. Use within 2 days of thawing. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

Conventional Oven:
1. Postion oven rack in the middle position and preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove product from plastic packaging and place on foil wrapped baking sheet.
3. Bake 1 hour and 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.

Prepare from FROZEN state. Keep all products frozen in original box until ready to heat. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

1. Position oven rack in the middle position and preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove product from plastic packaging and place on foil wrapped baking sheet.
3. Bake 1 hour and 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
