Cooking Instructions:
Prepare from FROZEN state. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

Conventional Oven:
1. Position rack in middle position and preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove frozen product from plastic packaging and place in pan with one inch of water on the bottom. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes.
3. Remove aluminum foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes or an internal temperature of 170°F.
4. For very crispy skin, place pan with roasted duck legs under broiler for 2 minutes prior to serving.
5. Carefully remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes.

Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portions.
