Cooking Instructions:
For food saftey and quality, follow these cooking instructions. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F prior to eating.

Preparations: Preferred method. Prepare from THAWED state. Thaw in refrigerator 24 to 48 hours. Use within 2 days of thawing. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

Conventional Oven:
1. Move oven rack to the middle position and preheat oven to 425 °F.
2. Remove product from plastic packaging and place into baking dish.
Spray brochettes lightly with cooking oil.
3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Let rest 3 minutes.

Grill:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Remove thawed Brochettes from plastic.
3. Grill 19 to 24 minutes; turn brochettes over half way through grilling time.
4. Let rest 3 minutes.

Promptly refrigerate any unused portions.
