Keep Frozen; Use Promptly Upon Thaw

Additional Info:

1. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
2. Remove all packaging from Flat Iron Steaks.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
1. Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the Steaks onto an oven-safe baking dish.
3. Carefully remove dish from oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes.

GRILLING:
1. Pre-heat grill on high, then place Steaks on hot grill for approximately 3-4 minutes per side of Medium Rare.
2. Remove steaks from grill and allow to rest 3 minutes.

COOKING ON A RANGE:
1. Pre-heat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit and heat an oven-safe pan on the stove over medium-high heat.
2. Lightly oil both sides of the steak and sear in pan for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Place pan in the oven for 4-5 minutes for Medium Rare.
4. Allow to rest for 3 minutes.

Note: Refrigerate any unused portion promptly.
