Cooking Instructions:
Prepare from THAWED state. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

NOTE:For best results thaw in refridgerator overnight or in cold water for 20 minutes. Times listed are approxiamte for steaks cooked to 145° to 150°F. Buffalo does not contain internal streaks of fat and thus cooks about 1/3 faster than beef.

For best results do not overcook.

Grill:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap.
3. Grill for 11 to 13 minutes; turn steaks every 5 minutes.

Tabletop Electric Grill:
1. Preheat grill, place liquid/fat catcher under grill.
2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap.
3. Place steaks on grill surface and lower top of grill onto steaks.
4. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes.

Stove Top:
1. Preheat 1 teaspoon cooking oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap.
3. Fry steaks for 8-10 minutes; turn halfway through cooking time.

Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
