We choose the most tender cut of USDA Choice beef prime rib, marbled just so. We rub the meat with our own seasoning blend to bring out its natural flavor, and then we roast it, low and slow, to make it even more tender. By the time you serve it, it's practically ready to melt in your mouth.

Wine Recommendation: Zinfandel
